IBM Cognos Lifecycle Manager 11 is using WebSphere liberty as an application server. The JVM memory is set in ..\ wlp\usr\servers\lcm\jvm.options file
The default value of heap size is
-Xms1024m
-Xmx4024m
The maximum value -Xmx4024m can be adjusted as 6144m or 8192m
