Problem
Upgrade of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Red Hat Openshift Certified Container Platform fails with an error:
"Secret "sh.helm.release.v1.b2b-dev-b2bi.v40" is invalid: data: Too long: must have at most 1048576 bytes".
Symptom
Helm upgrade fails with an error:
Error: UPGRADE FAILED: create: failed to create: Secret "sh.helm.release.v1.b2b-dev-b2bi.v40" is invalid: data: Too long: must have at most 1048576 bytes
Cause
The root cause was the Helm Charts directory contained many unwanted files (multiple backup versions, unwanted directories).

Resolving The Problem
To resolve an issue, downloaded helm chart for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and compared the contents of customer's helm charts directory to the newly downloaded chart.
Removed unwanted directories and unwanted files.
