Abstract
IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) 6061ifix016 may introduce some repeated harmless errors related to Jena index. This technote provides root cause explanation of these errors, and instructions on how to reduce them.

After applying IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) 6061ifix016, you may notice the following repeated errors in all ELM application log:

This error is related the MBeans Jena monitoring feature. This feature is available from ELM 7.0. See feature details from Enhancement 476623. The feature will not work properly in ELM6061ifix016, and can introduce the above mentioned errors. However these errors are harmless and cause no performance impact to any ELM applications.
By default the above errors are written to all the ELM application logs in every hour. You may follow the steps below to reduce the frequency of the error messages:
1. Navigate to the admin page of each ELM application, such as jts/admin, ccm/admin etc.
2. Under Configuration session on the left panel, click on Serviceability
3. Under the Enable High Frequency Jena Metrics Collection property to false
4. Under the Delay between invocations property to a higher number, such as 525600. The default value is: 3600
5. Save the changes.
6. Repeat Step 1 - 5 for each of the ELM application.
