Problem
When trying to access the Guest Service Request URL for Work Centers, it shows a 404 error.
Cause
Maximo does not currently support the guest service request URL for Work Centers in MAS. In 7.6.1.X, there was a separate WAR that you have to build and deploy that would make this functionality available. But Maximo doesn't have an appropriate server bundle that includes this WAR currently. With the upcoming sunset of Work Centers in MAS, development doesn't have plans to add the functionality into MAS.

Users who would like this feature in MAS can open an enhancement request for this option to be restored by using the link provided.
