Guardium Quick Search - Overview (preset) - and Guardium Data Protection Dashboard show empty reports

Diagnosing The Problem
when the "Data" tab is used (instead of "User Interface") the following dashboard pane -
Overview (preset)
shows all the reports as "No results found"

Resolving The Problem
It should be noted that there can be a few causes for these symptons and a few different resolution methods
However - for one specific case the resolution was noted as follows

The fix was to re-index the underlying Quick Search tables with the following command

grdapi run_clean_solr7_upgrade
- Any Quick Search indexed data before running this command might be lost
(Since no data is being displayed anyway there may be nothing to lose in attempting the command)

IBM Technical Support need to run this command and supply a password.
As such please log a case with IBM Technical support who can verify that this will be appropriate for you
