Troubleshooting
Problem
The following error may appear when viewing large amounts of data in Guardium reports "Guard Report Generator Error: Error Calling AT_PREPARE_DATA PROCEDURE. Exception"
Symptom
The following screenshot shows the error:
Cause
This error is known to be caused when the reports run for a long time due to the large amount of data they are requesting to return
Resolving The Problem
Try running the report for a shorter period of time, where there is a lower amount of traffic being returned.
