Problem
FAM Server groups in internet explorer returns an update page with empty group doesn't returns the group members
Symptom
FAM Group doesn't return group members in Internet Explorer
Cause
The issue will only happen when the appliance ever has a STAP host for FAM connected before (this can be checked in GUI's 'STAP Control')
Environment
10.1.2 and 10.1.3
Diagnosing The Problem
When updating the FAM Server group member, part of the function is to list all FAM hosts that already exists in this appliance so user can check and un-check the FAM hosts easily. However, this function seems not work in Internet Explorer. When there's already FAM hosts in this appliance, Editing the group will result in empty group name with No items to display
This is the screen-shot when editing the FAM server group in Firefox
1. Confirm in IE the problem as per the last screenshot
2. Check in another browser as per your screenshot
3. Check in s-tap control for :FAM entry

But if there's no existing FAM hosts ever connected to the appliance at all Internet Explorer will work fine user defined hosts will display
Resolving The Problem
This issue has already been fixed in 10.1.4. In 10.1.3 on the following browsers are supported where this issue doesn't appears
