Troubleshooting
Problem
An i2 ANB chart has entities and links. Some of the entities and links are partially visible (they are showing up with a light grey color).
When I create a PDF from this chart (in the Publish menu, Export to PDF), on the resulting PDF, while the entities and links are partially visible, as on the chart, the texts of these entities and links are black instead of grey, as on the chart.
Symptom
The PDF generated by i2 Analyst's Notebook does not exactly match what is on the ANB chart.
Some texts which appear with a grey color on the chart are displayed with a black text on the PDF file.
For example, this is a screen capture of the ANB chart:
It shows that some of the entities and links are grey. Their labels are also grey.
Now, on the resulting PDF that has been exported by ANB, the chart looks like:
All the labels and attribute texts are with a regular black color.
Cause
This is a known bug, and will be fixed in a future release of i2 Analyst's Notebook (also for the Premium version)
