Symptom
Getting the error CaseId/PalletId already exists in the system when doing
undo container Build
Simulation Steps:
1) Create a
Shipment, include in the wave, release the wave, containerize the wave, print
the wave.
2) Complete the pick task and pack the shipment.
3) As
the wave is containerized and printed, the shipment will have a container no
and container scm.
4) Now go to RF and click on pallet build -> Build
shipping pallet-> enter the container no in the shipment -> enter the pallet id
that you are planning to deposit and the location.
5) Now in the RF,
choose the option "undo Container build". In the container SCm, enter the
pallet id, and enter the case id. (container SCM from the shipment).
6) You will get the error "WMS00087 : CaseId/PalletId already exists in the system.".
Resolving The Problem
Fixed in 9.0 HF11
