Question & Answer
Question
Why am I seeing DCSV0002W in the JVM log
Cause
I am getting DCSV0002W after changed out a network switch in the datacenter. Nothing was changed in the environment.
QueueTHandler W DCSV0002W: DCS Stack DefaultCoreGroup at Member wasxxxxxNetwork\lxxxxx1\nodeagent: An unexpected internal programming state has occurred. Internal details: "Can't open Async QueueT because DCS got null member address from the AddressResolver" {Method=QueueTxxxxxr.oxxnQxxxxxt(), xxxxxNode=Pxxxxxode|waxxxxxrk\lbxxxxx3\nodeagent|null|2, TopicName=[B@xxxxx4} . The exception is <null>.
Answer
The issue commonly happens due to corrupted config ( coregroup.xml). Or Either an extra server name in the coregroup.xml file or the nodes were not cleaned up properly.
Check coregroup.xml and verify information is correct.
coreGroupServers xmi:id="Cxxxxx1" nodeName="wxxxxxxr" serverName="dmgr"/>
Also if system not sync, run a full sync and restart.
(Note: DCSV0002W was resolved after perform WAS cell full recycle)
