Troubleshooting
Problem
The model consists of two classes with flow ports describing the data flow:

Data is sent via the flow port by using the mutator API, provided by the auto-generated Rhapsody code:

During animation, it is observed that the data value is only sent when the value is changed:

Resolving The Problem
Set the following properties to "always" on your flow ports:
CPP_CG::flowPort::InvokeRelay
CPP_CG::flowPort::ReceiveRelay
CPP_CG::flowPort::ReceiveRelay
