Problem
The extend or capture operation does not work in IBM Cloud Pak System Software 2.3.3.3
Symptom
As a user after you populate the data in the Extend window and then click OK, the following error is displayed:
Forbidden - you don't have permission to access /resources/templates on this server.

Resolving The Problem
The problem is fixed in IBM Cloud Pak System Software 2.3.3.3 interim fix 1.
You must upgrade to IBM Cloud Pak System Software 2.3.3.3 interim fix 1 to address this problem.
