Problem
User tries to edit a form layout. User clicks the main (native) Excel 'save' icon. An error appears.

Cause
Defect (reference APAR PI26192) in Controller 10.2.0 and earlier.
Diagnosing The Problem
The issue may be reproduced as follows:
1. Log into Excel link add-in
2. Forms > Layout, open a Form
3. Click the Excel (not the Controller add-in) 'save' icon.
In some instances the error will only be seen if the icon is clicked several times in a sequence of sometimes using the correct (Controller add-in) icon to save and sometimes using the incorrect (Excel) icon.
This error "Exception Code: c0000005" will occur.
Resolving The Problem
Fix
Upgrade to Controller 10.2.1 (10.2.5100.95) or later.
Workaround
Do not use the 'native' Excel 'save' icon:
Instead, use the Controller add-in save icon:
