Troubleshooting


Problem

When you uninstall Maximo Application Suite and redeploy Maximo Monitor, invalid username and password errors are displayed.

Resolving The Problem

Ensure that the Db2 secret file is deleted after Maximo Application Suite and Monitor are uninstalled. If the file was not deleted as part of the uninstall process, manually delete that secret file. 
You'll find the db2-secret on the Secret tab in Monitor project workspace.
