Question
After configuring the direct integration between WebSphere Commerce Server (WCS) and Sterling Order Management (OMS) 9.3, why do we encounter the "SC_INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR=500" or "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden" when a WCS request is sent to Sterling OMS?
Answer
The "SC_INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR=500" or "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden SRVE0295E:" error can occur
1) Due to incorrect/missing two-way SSL authentication configuration
2) If the WebSphere Commerce Server transport URL does not use HTTPS
