Troubleshooting
Problem
User logs onto the Citrix storefront website (which hosts the Controller application). User authenticates to the website, then clicks on the 'Controller' icon. - An error appears. Problem typically affects only one (or some) user(s). Most users can work OK.
Symptom

Error number 2320
Citrix online plug-in Configuration Manager: No value could be found for (AllowHotKey) that satisfies all lockdown requirements. The lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting.
