Problem
Error: Unable to Create Return; Errors in Error Log Attempting to Create Return.
Symptom

atempting to create a return in Platform:

Cause
Resolving The Problem
If the error in the error log matches the exact error in the
YFE_APP_PATH/log/yfserror.log, this indicates that the
YRET_ORDER_HEADER_OPEN_VW has not been created correctly.
(The error
refers specifically to AOR_Flag missing.)
For MS-SQL Server
installations, the view creation script can usually be found in
$YFE_APP_PATH/database/sqlserver/yfs_master_db_script.sql. Cut and paste this
view creation procedure only and run it using SQL server.
For Oracle
database installations, this view is available in
$YFE_APP_PATH/database/Oracle/CustomDbViews/YRET_Order_Header_Open_VW.sql.
