Release Notes
Abstract
You can export policy configurations in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. The export data has been enhanced to introduce new columns to display required information and logically group the data for improved usability. Security teams in your organization can use this data for review and auditing purposes.
Content
The exported file contains all the policy details such as policy category, policy parameters, values of each parameter, and support matrix. For more information on exporting security policy, see https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/maas360?topic=policies-exporting-security-in-maas360.
The exported security policy report has been enhanced as follows:
Change 1
Old Workflow: The policy parameters that have multiple values are displayed in separate rows.
![policy parameter](/support/pages/system/files/inline-images/policy_5_1.png)

New Workflow: If the policy parameter type is StructList (Group of related settings under one parameter), then the name of the parameter and its nested parameter name are shown in the parameter column. The symbol (→) is used to differentiate the param name from its nested param name. The index number is used to differentiate the params in a list. For example: Firewall Rules(1) -> Rule Name.
