Email usage guidelines and limitations
- Email should not be used for sharing sensitive data. ECuRep Email servers provide optional server-to-server encryption.
- The maximum size for Emails sent to IBM Support via ECuRep Email servers is 20MB. Please note that client-facing SMTP servers may have a similar limit.
- If you don't receive a reply from ECuRep services within 1-2 hours, verify your original Email for the correct problem ticket ID if needed.
