Effective 30 September 2025, fixes, patches, and telephone support will no longer be provided for IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.x and its corresponding components and add-ons of the same version.
IBM Control Desk is now Maximo IT. Maximo IT is an add-on to Manage in Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Customers are advised to start planning and upgrading from IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5 to Maximo IT 8.1 in MAS.
