Withdrawal of product support for certain operating system and platform configurations.

On April 12, 2016, withdrawal of support for IBM Maximo and IBM TRIRIGA was announced via IBM Announcement Letters 916-072 (United States), A16-0271 (Canada), LP16-0216 (Latin America), JP16-0214 (Japan), ZP16-0217 (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), and WP16-0061 (Asia Pacific).
Effective April 30, 2017, all supported products across the IBM Maximo and IBM TRIRIGA portfolio will no longer be supported on the following operating systems and versions:
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) : All versions on all hardware platforms
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Server : Versions 6 BE (Big Endian) and 7 BE (Big Endian) on Power Systems™
Support for IBM Maximo and IBM TRIRIGA on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Server will continue on Little Endian Power Systems, x86-64 systems and System z is not affected by this announcement.
IBM will not offer extended support for Maximo environments running on these operating systems after the end of support date above.
