Problem
The user has a PowerPlay cube which drills through to a DQM report. There are two dispatchers, one is 32-bit, the other is 64-bi
Cause
Advanced routing rules have no been configured correctly on the server. This causes an intermittent problem when routed round robin the dispatcher has a 50/50 chance of choosing the correct dispatcher for the report.
PowerPlay only supports 32bit mode, DQM supports 32bit and 64bit to allow improved performance.
