Abstract
This document describes how to download and install IBM Watson AIOps 2.1.
Download Description
IBM Watson® AIOps 2.1 integrates infrastructure and operations management into a single coherent structure across business applications, virtualized servers, network devices and protocols, internet protocols, and security and storage devices.

Downloading and assembling the solution
Note: Software that is installed directly from OpenShift is not included in the following eAssemblies. You can verify and gain access to your containerized software by logging in to the IBM Container Software Library.
- Go to the Find Downloads and Media page on the IBM Passport Advantage Online website. You must log in with an IBM ID to continue.
- Under Download finder options, select the Find by part number search option.
- Search for each downloadable image by part number.
- Download all of the parts that you need.
- Unpack each installation package into a separate temporary directory on your system.
Downloading fix packs for the solution
- Identify the fix packs that you need for Watson AIOps
- Go to the Fix Central website.
- Search for the fix pack by product name. You must log in with an IBM ID to continue.
- Download all of the fix packs that you need.
- Unpack each installation package into a separate temporary directory on your system.
Installing the solution
The components of Watson AIOps 2.1 are:
- IBM Watson AIOps AI Manager
- IBM Watson AIOps Metric Manager (IBM Operations Analytics Predictive Insights 1.3.6)
- IBM Watson AIOps Event Manager (IBM Netcool Operations Insight 1.6.3)
- IBM Watson AIOps Topology (IBM Netcool Agile Service Manager 1.1.10)
Additionally, the following three purchasable and separately licensed extensions expand the functionality of Watson AIOps 2.1:
- Advanced Agile Discovery
- Network Manager
