Apply this fix pack to Content Collector 4.0.1 to upgrade to Content Collector 4.0.1 Fix Pack 11 (4.0.1.11).
Prerequisites
The server package of this fix pack requires the server package of Content Collector 4.0.1 as a prerequisite.

HE13017: SMTP Connector service does not stay up and running when the catalog created in Content Collector prior to 4.0.1 Fix Pack 9 (4.0.1.9) is made active in 4.0.1.9 or later.
