Download Session Recording agents

To download the Advanced Session Recording Agent installer

1. Log on to Secret Server.

2. Go to Admin > Configuration > Session Recording > Configure Advanced Session Recording.

3. If necessary, click an existing collection, or create one.

4. Click Download Session Recording Installer (64-bit). The installer is downloaded to your computer.
Note: The compressed file is customized for each collection. Ensure that you download the installer from the collection that you want to associate with your new Advanced Session Recording Agents.

Optional: To speed up this process, go to Admin > Configuration. Click Run Collection Update and Run Resource Targeting Update. Restart the Thycotic Agent Service on the computer.

After the initial policies are received, future updates will be based on the task schedules that are set in "Update Applicable Policies" and "Scheduled Registration Policies." To edit these schedules, navigate to Admin > Policies > General tab, click the desired task, click the Triggers tab, and then Edit.
