Problem
Double Records in yfs_export table when PUBLISH_SHIP_ADVICE in Send Advice Tran
Symptom
After introducing a new ship node into their production system, they noticed
that the every time the Send Advice Agent ran, two entries got created in the
yfs_export table, although only one action was configured.
The two entries
are exactly same except the export_key is off by 1. VERY CLOSE to each other in
time.

Cause
Resolving The Problem
It was diagnosed that this was because of in the Node setup, and event was configured, which incidentally was the same action as this action, so it got fired off twice.
