Repeat the following steps from the above link:
4. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 for each LDAP server.  

5. Merge the ldapRegistry.xml files into a single file. Ensure that you only use one <server><server> element in the merged file.

10, Optional: Configure failover for multiple LDAP servers. (configure LDAP server and the respective failoverServers)

 

The failover for LDAP in LA is supported through Websphere Liberty. Please note that this is NOT a High Availability configuration for Log Analysis, and instead a configuration of High Availability for LDAP.
