Does the Guardium DB2 z/OS S-TAP capture comments after my SQL statement?
Answer
No, the S-TAP does not capture comments.
For example for the statement in DB2:
Select * from test --comments here
The DB2 z/OS S-TAP would only capture the SQL part of the statement:
Select * from test
[{"Product":{"code":"SSMPHH","label":"IBM Security Guardium"},"Business Unit":{"code":"BU059","label":"IBM Software w\/o TPS"},"Component":"Guardium S-TAP for DB2 on z\/OS","Platform":[{"code":"PF035","label":"z\/OS"}],"Version":"10.0;10.0.1;10.1;10.1.2;9.0;9.1;9.5","Edition":"All Editions","Line of Business":{"code":"LOB24","label":"Security Software"}}]
