Abstract

Delete Apple School Manager (ASM) data from MaaS360 portal

In 10.67 release, MaaS360 adds capabilities to delete synced Apple School Manager (ASM) data from application portal. You need to contact IBM MaaS360 Customer Support team for deletion of ASM data. Customers need to note that while deletion of ASM sync action is in progress, no sync activity for ASM data is allowed on MaaS360 portal for that duration of time.

On successful deletion of ASM sync data, ASM integration with MaaS360 is disabled by default for that customer account.

If needed, customer administrator can enable ASM integration from Schools > Apple School Manager, and checkmark option Enable Apple School Manager integration in Education Settings page.

Additionally, the following notification is displayed under My Alert Center in MaaS360 portal home page:

"Apple School Manager Integration is disabled due to the data flush action. Click Here to enable the ASM integration.". The Click Here action navigates to Education Settings page where you can enable ASM integration.
