Question & Answer
Question
Which exact field is it mapped too?
Answer
When looking at the Gantt View tab, there are options there Scheduled Start and Scheduled Finish. These fields are not mapped to show the work order finish and start date, they are coded to show the start and end of the Repair Facility Assignment not the Schedule Start and end dates. To see the start and finish dates that relate to the work order, we must configure Maximo to show them.
Follow the steps below to configure Maximo to show the Start and Finish dates:
1. Bring a scheduler record to the screen, move the Gantt View tab.
2. From the more actions menu, choose Configure Gantt View Properties, Default Settings.
3. Press new row and enter the information below please.

4. Add another new row and add the scheduled finish property.

Save. Now when you look you will see the Start and End date information being pulled from the work order when the value is set.
