Data missing from Asset timeline card

Troubleshooting

Problem

In IBM® Maximo® Health or IBM Maximo® Predict, in asset records, in the Asset timeline card, some work orders, preventive maintenance events, and inspections are missing from the timeline.

Resolving The Problem

Verify that the data is successfully exported. For more information about verifying exported Maximo data, see Verifying exported Maximo Manage enterprise system data for Maximo Health or Maximo Predict

If the data is successfully exported, the data might not be included in the timeline or be included on another date according to the following rules and known limitations:

  • Work orders are not shown in the timeline if a problem code is associated with the work order. These work orders are shown in the timeline as a failure on the reported failure date. Determine the reported failure date for the work order and then locate the work order as a failure on that date on the timeline.
  • If multiple preventive maintenance events are scheduled, only the event with the earliest work order generation date will appear on the timeline.
  • Inspections that are not started do not appear on the timeline.
  • Inspections that are completed after a revision is created do not appear on the timeline on the completion date. If a revision is created after the inspection is completed, the completed inspection and results will appear in the timeline.
