This alert is raised if the shipment is delayed beyond the expectedship or delivery date for any order line. This period is configuredby the supplier organization for the buyers.

Trigger Criteria for Raising the Customer PO CommitmentDelayed Alert

The system raises this alert if an order lineis delayed beyond the expected ship or delivery date.

This alertis raised at the order level.

This alert is also raised if thecommitted schedule for the requested quantity gets delayed beyondthe requested schedule. An example of such a scenario is explainedas follows:

A buyer requests that 900 units of an item be deliveredon April 12008 and 100 units on August 1 2008 for the same orderline. The supplier sends a commitment for fulfilling 750 units onApril 12008 and 250 units on August 1 2008. In this case a CustomerPO Delayed alert is raised.
