When building the application ear using buildear.sh (or buildear.cmd), you encounter the error below.

Error Message

BUILD FAILED

Resolving The Problem

Add a BEA_DIR property to your sandbox.cfg file and set its value to your WebLogic home directory.
Then run the <INSTALL_DIR>/bin/setupfiles.sh (or setupfiles.cmd) script to propagate the new BEA_DIR value to the required locations.
Then re-run the buildear.sh (or buildear.cmd) command.
