How do you create enhancement requests for Netcool/OMNIbus products?
Cause
The developerworks website is sun set.
Answer
Netcool L3 will request an enhancement [RFE] when the feature required is outside the current product design or features.
The RFE (Request for Enhancement) is logged in a system provided and managed by the product managers for the Netcool product.
Create or use your existing IBM account on the IDEAS website.
Search the site to see if a similar RFE already exists before creating a specific enhancement.
Valid search results can be up voted, for low-priority requests.
Create a new IDEA for your specific requirements for escalation by your IBM account team.
