Creating New Cover Sheet: To add or edit information on the cover sheet use either the Batch Update option or make the edit directly to the field. All rows may be edited individually. To make edits to multiple locations:

  1. Click the boxes next to the division or check the leading checkbox to check all.
  2. Click on Batch Update
  3. Fill out the necessary information
  4. Click Apply ?

Creating a No Deal Cover Sheet: From the Deal Center or Home Screen select No Deal Cover Sheet from the View drop-down menu. From this screen you can create a No Deal Cover Sheet, copy an existing cover sheet or locate a No Deal Cover Sheet you have done in the past.

  1. Search for a no deal cover sheet using any of the search fields including the Pending, Assigned, and Processed folders.
  2. When creating a new cover sheet click Go next to Create New Cover Sheet. Enter your Promo Description. It is required you enter this first before clicking the radio button to select either your CPC or CIC. The rest of the fields on the top of the cover sheet are optional. Edit the details in the open text fields or use the Copy From? functionality. Copy From?will allow you to copy Regular cover sheets or No Deal Cover Sheets.
  3. Click on the Offer # to change the assignment or edit your No Deal Cover Sheet.
