Troubleshooting
Problem
Control Center API 'completedFiles' does not display the Message ID or Message Text for failed transfers. The columns are not returned. It is difficult to identify the issue with out these columns.
Cause
The 'completedFiles' API uses a tables that does not included those columns.
Use File Transfers not Both Processes and file transfers on the mapping's.
Resolving The Problem
Use tag mapping to map the required columns so they will appear in the API as needed.
