Problem
Flashcopy LPAR reaches the SRC of 00000000 but it takes 20-30 minutes before the console is available or QCTL is started,
Cause
Missing PTF's on the source LPAR. The following PTFs are available for the source LPARs:
720: MF64640
730: MF64641
