Connecting to Jazz Repository results in "CRJAZ0099E An HTTP error occurred when this URL was being accessed"

Problem

Attempting to log in to the Jazz Repository with the IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) Eclipse Client, it results in the error:
CRJAZ6022E Cannot log in to the following server: 'localhost:9443'.

Symptom

CRJAZ0099E An HTTP error occurred when this URL was being accessed: https://localhost:9443.
Error details: Remote host closed connection during handshake.
Remote host closed connection during handshake
SSL peer shut down incorrectly

Cause

This issue can occur if TLS 1.2 was only enabled on the EWM Server and not in the EWM Eclipse Client.

Resolving The Problem

Here are the steps to resolve the issue:
1. Stop the EWM Eclipse Client
2. Locate the eclipse.ini file. It is located in the same directory as the Eclipse executable.
3. Make a copy of the eclipse.ini file and rename the original to "eclipse.ini.old".
4. In the new eclipse.ini file, add the following line at the end:
-Dcom.ibm.team.repository.transport.client.protocol=TLSv1.2
5. Restart the EWM Eclipse Client and select a new workspace.
