Question
The Connect:Direct Process Statistics Details Report is not reporting the bytes transferred when I run the report.
Cause
The definition for the C:D server in Control Center was set to not collect process step information.
Answer
Do not check the box in the C:D server definition on CC to 'Do not collect process step statistics.
