Troubleshooting
Problem
Connect:Direct Browser in Control Center gets error: "There is an IO error: Return Code 712" for the following functions: User Functions tab: "Select Process" and "Select Statistics" and Admin Functions tab: "Network Map", "Functional Authority" and "Proxy".
Cause
These functions write to a temporary file. The path name generated erroneously included a file name instead of a valid directory name after a web server upgrade.
Resolving The Problem
Apply iFix03 for 6.1.2.1 from Fix Central that includes APAR IT32178
