Problem
Open The Sterling Graphical Buisness Process Modeler
Symptom
the following error message is display when trying to execute Buisness Process Modeler :

Cause
Sandbox.cfg file is incorrectly setup for the option :
EXT_HOST_ADDR
Value is set like :
EXT_HOST_ADDR=localhost
Resolving The Problem
1. Go to SI_install_dir/install/properties directory and open the
sandbox.cfg file.
2. Make sure that EXT_HOST_ADDR address is pointing to the IP adress
instead of localhost
3. Stop SI
4. Go to SI_install_dir/install/bin and run patchJNLP.sh/.cmd script
5. run Deployer.sh/.cmd ( make sure both scripts end correctly )
6. Start SI
7. Test your GPM again
