Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to log into Access Manager Administration over Terminal Services the below error is displayed.
Symptom
Common Logon Error (hex 80070005): Access is denied.
Other symptom is for the common logon not working. Credentials are provided but are not 'registered' by the common logon server. The common logon key is in the sys tray, but credentials must be provided for each access to a Cognos product.
