Resolving The Problem
Provide the following information:
1. Complete "General Information"
2. Enable client side debugging mode
3. Enable server side debugging mode
4. Replicate problem
- Note of start and end time of replication
- List replication steps. Screenshots will help.
5. Gather logs
Server side:
TIPHOME/profiles/TIPProfile/logs
Client side:
Java Deployment Log
i.e.
C:\Documents and Settings\<current_windows_user>\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\log
WAAPI log:
$WEBGUI_HOME/waapi/log/waapi.log
6. Copy of $WEBGUI_HOME/waapi/etc/waapi.init
7. Copy of the XML configuration file
8. List of ObjectServer groups assigned to the user specified in waapi.init
9. List of all Roles assigned to the user at TIP side
