Question

You are having a problem when you execute the applictaion newly migrated from classic rule engine to decision engine. You would like to know what documentation you must collect (MustGather) so that the IBM Operation Decision Manager (ODM) Support team can diagnose your problem. If you gather this documentation before contacting support, it expedites the troubleshooting process and save you time.

2. Turn on full trace for RES execution logger: com.ibm.rules.res.execution =ALL on servers where RES application is deployed.
