Problem
Cognos : " Internal error occurred"
Symptom
We have seen error messages when starting cognos which reads 'Internal error occurred' ; No logs in crnserver.log nor in application logs.
This error is seen when authentication is enabled. If the property Allow anonymous access is set to 'True' then no errors are seen.

Resolving The Problem
Modify analytics.properties file in c8\webs\p2pd\web-inf\classes to include
the sscap URL .
Restart cognos server.
