Problem
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4's cogconfig tool shows wierd font as per the image below
Cause
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4's update removes all the old default fonts and replaces them with a new default font that doesn't work with the Java instance
Resolving The Problem
install any Type 1 or Truetype "Sans" font
- yum install xorg-x11-fonts-Type1
