Troubleshooting
Problem
Creating an export of the content store in administration portal (also known as Deployment Wizard) throws the following error:
CM-REQ-4313 An error occurred during an export operation. Root/Error CM-SYS-5001 A Content Manager internal error occurred. Error CNC-MON-0018 The restart failed.
Resolving The Problem
1. In Cognos Administration Console select the Status tab.
2. Select Status.
3. Go to the scorecard area and select the Content Store that is running and select the services list.
4. Select the ContentManagerService and select Set Properties from the action menu.
5. Select Settings tab
6. Select Edit next to the Advanced properties
7. Select the Override settings checkbox
8. Enter the parameter and value: CM.TREEEXPORT_BATCHSIZE = 0
9. Select OK
10. Restart the Content Manager and attempt export again.
