Problem
Clicking 'create Harmony Project' submenu does not respond in a newly installed IBM Rational Rhapsody.
Cause
The rhapsodyserver.dll was not registered successfully in installation process.
Resolving The Problem
You need to register the rhaposodyserver.dll manually using the steps below:
- Open a Command Prompt (if you are on Microsoft Windows 7 then you must right-click cmd.exe and choose ‘Run as Administrator’).
- CD to the installation directory of the Rhapsody.
- Enter the command:
>regsvr32.exe rhapsodyserver.dll
- Receive a message that the registration was successful.
