You can install ClearQuest v10.0.3 on Windows and Linux platforms on x86_64 hardware.

Steps
An update to CQ 10.0.3 is not supported. The only supported scenario is to uninstall a previous version of ClearQuest, and then install ClearQuest v10.0.3.
