Certain Ship Label Level Indicator
Cause
Resolving The Problem
Cartonization is failing for any customer having Ship Label Level Indicator as
C/P. However, the same customer with a Ship Label Level Indicator of N, then
cartonization succeeds.
The pick strategy is set up to do suggested
cartonisation during volume cartonisation.

Solution:
Schema was in lowercase
in the whse_schema map file. Thus, the system tries to find the length of
sequence by reading the max value for the sequence of the schema.
Change wh_sql_seq.pc to have
AND SEQUENCE_OWNER= upper(
:sequence_owner)
